Notice on alternative dispute resolution procedures:

Bödecker Ernst & Partner mbB is willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure in accordance with the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz).

In the event of a dispute between attorneys and their clients, there is the option to conduct out-of-court dispute resolution through the competent Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer Düsseldorf) or through the Arbitration Board of the German Federal Bar (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft).
